Welcome to the digital salon of Clock In. These terms govern the allocation, secure procurement, and delivery of high-end luxury timepieces displayed on our domain. By utilizing our site or submitting checkout requests, you agree to these stipulations.
1. Timepiece Allocations & Pricing
All timepieces presented in our collection represent exclusive designs of premium quality. Due to the limited nature of luxury horology, allocations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Pricing is shown in US Dollars ($) and is subject to adjustment based on market shifts and global material values. Clock In reserves the right to cancel checkouts or refund requests if inventory limits are breached.
2. Payment & Stripe Terms
Transactions are processed via the Stripe Secure Gateway. By initiating a payment, you warrant that you hold legitimate authority to execute the transaction and that all submitted billing information is valid. Stripe reserves the right to run secure verification processes to prevent fraudulent card operations.
3. Insured Worldwide Delivery
To protect our assets and your investment, every timepiece shipped is fully covered by premium transit insurance. Deliveries are dispatched using high-security armored couriers (e.g., DHL Express Secure or FedEx Priority). A signature of the registered buyer is strictly required upon arrival; delivery will not be left unattended.
4. Inspection & Returns
Given the highly delicate nature of Swiss mechanism movements, all timepieces undergo precise testing and inspection prior to shipping. Patrons are entitled to return unused, sealed, and undamaged timepieces within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns will undergo standard mechanism analysis at our Geneva workshops before credits are cleared.
5. Limitation of Liability
Clock In is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transaction processing delays, mechanical variations, or shipping disruptions due to custom verifications. Our total liability is strictly restricted to the amount paid by the customer for the specific timepiece transaction.
6. Governing Law
These terms and all transactions are governed by the laws of Geneva, Switzerland. Any legal disputes, mediation processes, or disagreements shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Geneva.
