1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Clock In website and the purchase of products from us ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

2. Ordering & Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Clock In. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock.
• Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise noted.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorise the transaction.

3. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Greece using reputable shipping carriers and logistics providers. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are indicative only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or force‑majeure events. All shipments are covered by standard transit insurance provided by the carrier, where applicable.

4. Returns & Refunds

Under EU consumer law you have a 14‑day “right of withdrawal” for most purchases. To exercise this right you must:

• Notify us in writing (email is sufficient) within 14 days of receipt.
• Return the product in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
• Bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Custom‑crafted or personalised items that cannot be resold may be exempt from the right of withdrawal, provided this is clearly indicated on the product page.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at clockinsupport@gmail.com. Once the order has entered the shipping process we can no longer cancel it; you may instead exercise the right of withdrawal after receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clock In shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the purchase of products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of Athens, Greece.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
